After the fun and success of the 150 km Feast and Market on the weekend we are thrilled to announce that we have expanded our delivery area and are now servicing Rainbow, Jeparit, Dimboola and Horsham. A delivery fee of $10 applies to all orders outside of Rainbow however all orders over $50 qualify for free delivery in our service area.
Thousands and thousands of people now have access to our delicious and nutritious, Organic, Biodynamic vegetables as well as our superb range of hand-made, herbal supplements. We are very proud of the quality of all our products and look forward to sharing them with a whole new set of regular customers and businesses.

Notes From The Garden
This week is Flower and Fruit Week in the Lunar Calendar and after a massive push to get ready for the 150 km Feast Market we are getting back in the regular rhythms of the farm. As we are now at the tail end of Summer we can start sowing all of our Cool Season crops. This means this week we are Direct Seeding Sugar Snap Peas and Coriander, transplanting Lettuce and seeding Broccoli and Lettuce in the Nursery. We are also pruning all our Summer vine crops (tomatoes, cucumbers, capsicums and zucchinis) and putting up trellises for Sugar Snap Peas.
We have harvested over 80 kg of Carrots last week, not all of them were up to our high standards so we are running a sale on Blemmy Carrots 1 kg for $5. Celery is still in abundance as is Zucchini. We have plenty of tomatoes on the vine and they should ripen and back in stock a week or two.
This week the Garden is providing Butterhead Lettuce, Garlic, Beetroots, Zucchini’s, Eggs, Rainbow Chard, Cucumbers, Carrots, Blemmy Carrots, Coriander (limited) and Celery.
Crops currently growing but not ready are Spinach, Red Russian Kale, Bok Choi, Sugar Snap Peas, Capsicums, Parsley and Basil.
Some of our products may be a little different to what customers are used to so we will be providing Product Profiles in our Weekly Post and in a dedicated page on our website. This will provide recipe ideas and nutritional information for all of the vegetables and products we offer.
Product Focus: Celery
Celery needs no introduction to most people however it is worth noting that it is one of the more heavily sprayed vegetables in Chemical Agriculture with most testing of off the shelf Celery returning residues of one or more Biocides (Life Killers) such as Herbicide or Pesticide.
Celery is a crop where eating Organic is very important. Our Celery is a deeper green than most and is delicious.

- Slice thin strips to use with your favourite dip and replace biscuits or chips
- Cut small sections and fill with Peanut Butter for a nutritious snack
- Save your leaves and stems to use when making Chicken or Beef Stock
