150 km Feast & Market
2023 is the breakout year for Rainbow OMG and this weekend is going to launch us to the next level. The 150 km Feast and Market are amazing events held in Horsham showcasing Food Producers, Chefs, Wineries, Breweries, Distilleries and more all located within 150 km of the rural centre. Being on the northern edge of this radius we have supplied our Carrots, Cucumbers, Zucchinis, Tomatoes, Beetroots, Butterhead Lettuce and Onions to both Chef Cat Clarke and Chef Andy Beswick for their contributions to the 5 Course Feast. We will also have a stall selling our produce and supplements the next day at Market which will also feature all of the producers from the feast. We look forward to meeting a plethora of new Horsham customers in advance of our upcoming expanded weekly deliveries.

Notes From The Garden
This week is Leaf Week in the Lunar Calendar and as such we are planting and seeding Lettuce, Basil, Coriander, Parsley, Spinach, Red Russian Kale, Bok Choi and Rainbow Chard.
We have harvested over 80 kg of Carrots this week, not all of them were up to our high standards so we are running a sale on Blemmy Carrots 1 kg for $5. Celery is still in abundance as is Zucchini. We have plenty of tomatoes on the vine and they should ripen and back in stock a week or two.

Crops currently growing but not ready are Cucumbers Sugar Snap Peas, Bok Choi, Capsicums, Coriander, Parsley and Basil.
Some of our products may be a little different to what customers are used to so we will be providing Product Profiles in our Weekly Post and in a dedicated page on our website. This will provide recipe ideas and nutritional information for all of the vegetables and products we offer.
