Hello Rainbow OMGers, The star of the farm this week has been Garlic! We have been very busy pulling, drying, cleaning and hanging our Garlic Harvest for curing. We hope to have 1 kg bags of Organic Garlic available for sale in a few weeks once they have cured. Coriander is inching closer to harvest and we have also planted Thai Basil to increase our soon to be available fresh herb range. We still have a few jars of our amazing Gardenkraut probiotic available. The next ferment we make will be based on Red Cabbage and Beetroots. Become a Member, Save Time and Money.
