Hello Rainbow OMGers,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What a great weekend we just had in Rainbow. The Big Sky Festival was a huge success and we had a great time at the market. We met some new customers, served many existing customers and sold vegetables, supplements, Gardenkraut and Sunshine Salve. In fact it was such a big weekend that we took the following week off from our Friday Deliveries to allow the garden to catch up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This week in the Nursery we seeded Lettuce, Rainbow Chard, Bok Choi and Celery as well as direct seeding Spinach and Coriander in a few garden beds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


We finally have some Capsicums<\/a> available! They are all green at this point but are crunchy, refreshing and delicious. See below for more nutritional information about Capsicums.

This week the garden is providing Capsicums, Green Beans, Zucchini’s, Bok Choi, Carrots, Cucumbers, Beetroots, Butterhead Lettuce, Cherry Tomatoes, Rainbow Chard, Basil and Parsley.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Crops currently growing but not ready this week are Spinach, Coriander, Red Russian Kale, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Sugar Snap Peas, Beefsteak Tomatoes and Roma Tomatoes,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
